1. Check-in & Check-out

2. Payment Responsibility
The guest making the booking agrees to be personally responsible for all costs and charges incurred during the stay. Any unpaid charges must be settled before departure.

3. Damage & Loss
Guests are solely responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or their visitors. Any damages identified at the time of check-out will be chargeable to the guest.

4. Visitor Policy

• Visitors are not allowed for overnight stay.
• Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 11:00 PM.

5. Room Security
Guests must ensure that their hotel room door is properly secured at all times. Aarnsh Nilaya management will not be held responsible for personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms.

6. Swimming Pool Rules

• No eating or drinking inside the pool.
• Pool towels must not be taken to the beach area.
•  Wear your swim wear when in the pool and kids to be monitored in the pool.

7. Noise Policy
Loud music is not allowed in and around the property after 10:00 PM (excluding festive days).

8. Pets Policy
Guests bringing pets are fully responsible for cleaning any mess caused by them.

9. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹1,000 will be collected at check-in and will be returned at the time of check-out, subject to no damages.

10.  We don’t litter our surroundings and the beach.

11.  No Foot ball to be played Indoors and Kids to be monitored at all times.

12.  Outside foot wear to be kept out to avoid sand inside.

13.  Keep all the eatables in the plastic containers provided to avoid ants and avoid eating in bedrooms.

14.  Keep the kitchen sink clean and remove all used vessels before sleeping

15.  We Put all garbage in the plastic garbage bags provided and put it in the green bin provided outside .
